St Patrick's day recipe

Yesterday we were shopping at Trader Joe's and they were demonstrating a delicious St. Patricks day dip. It was so yummy i picked up the stuff and made it tonight! That was some good marketing, eh?

Anyway... i thought i would pass it along so you all can enjoy it as well. Although, i will warn you, if you are not a big meat lover, cooking the corned beef is kinda gross. (Personally, i am more of a boneless, skinless chicken kind of girl) But hang in there, because the end result is delicious.

CORNED BEEF DIP
2 lb corned beef round, cooked according to directions, and shredded/cut up
8 oz block cream cheese
8 oz carton sour cream
8 oz Jarlsberg cheese
4 cups shredded cabbage

Cook in crock pot until thoroughly melted and creamy, and serve with rye crisps. Best served with green beer. :)
