We had some friends stay with us a few weeks ago and I meant to post pictures of their stay but I kind of forgot. Oops. But an old friend of ours is engaged, to a man she met in Bolivia! He has never been to the United States before, and we had the pleasure of being the first American home he visited. First, we dragged him to the Mall of America to ride all the rides and eat at the Rainforest Cafe. And as if that isn't enough sensory overload, when we came home Aidan harassed him into playing the Wii all night, until his fiancé and sisters brought him to a local Chinese restaurant and to WAL-MART of all places! Oh, did I tell you he doesn’t really speak English? I bet the day he arrived in America will forever be a blur of lights, people, fast-talking girls, and bossy, spoiled 4-year-olds.
