Friday night

I meant to post these photos last night, but I fell asleep next to Aidan on his new bed! We are supposed to leave and go to visit James' mom and some of my family this weekend, so I am going to quick post these so James (and all of you) can enjoy them. I am also going to pick up all the items I left at the show near Rochester, we will see if any of my new creations were a hit or not. I had a Subaru full when we brought them down. I am probably being too optimistic, but I really hope I won't find much left to pack up. Besides, I needed to sell a lot so I can keep financing all my "while James is out" projects!

Last night we went to the park with some of our neighbors, and then we enjoyed a b-b-que at their house. Thanks guys, otherwise we would have eaten cereal and yogurt. Again.

For the first time ever Aidan wanted to ride his bike to the park. Previous to this, he has barely made it up and down our driveway. So I didn't have a helmet for him. He was actually the only child at the park without one. What kind of mom lets her kid ride a bike without a helmet? Especially because about 2 minutes into the ride he took a fast trip down a steep hill and flew right over the top of his handlebars. It was actually kind of funny, because i had tried to help him down the hill, and he declared he was big and strong and did not need my assistance. The rest of his ride was pretty uneventful, and he did let me help him with the hills after that. I also discovered he has already outgrown this bike. so we will have to keep our eyes out for a little larger one.
