We had

a busy weekend. I have lots of fun and photos to share.......

Aidan and I made it to the annual St Paul Friends School plant sale on Friday night.

Finally, a wisteria. I have wanted one for seven years! I bought two.

All finished. We had a wagon full of plants and I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can plant them all and watch them grow!

After the plant sale we enjoyed a dinner at SNAP with James.

Saturday morning Aidan and James headed off for some adventure.

First they volunteered at the U of M's bee colony, scraping honey, painting hives....

Taking a lunch break.

Back to work! I love all the colors they use to paint the bee hives.

After they were done with the bees, they headed over to the Les bolstad golf course for a golf open house with Goldy Gopher. (or goldy gober as Aidan calls him!)

Hitting some balls.

Lessons with Goldy

Something must be pretty funny.

Working on the proper stance.

Mother's Day lunch at Holy Land Deli. Yep... my hair is a different color. While the boys were volunteering so selflessly, and enjoying the great outdoors on the golf course i was indulging myself at the gym and getting my hair done. Aidan is happy. He's emphatic that "your hair should always be yellow like mine, Mommy, not brown ever again!"

We are eating all sorts of falafal and hummus and lamb and rice and Aidan has chicken fingers and french fries. We need to work on that!

Finally, my machine is back. I haven't opened her yet, but we will probably get back to work tomorrow.
