A few weeks ago a friend of ours was married, and I have to say, the photographer who took the pictures is absolutely amazing! I did as you suggested and checked out the photographer's website. I am speechless. Her photos are incredible. Given that you are not getting married again and that we cannot wait until Aidan gets married to hire her, I wonder if you could book an hour with her to figure out how to be comfortable when having your picture taken. Even the photos taken by the other women on her staff have the same look. Ask for her or one of them. Ask a million questions, have her take a million shots and then go through them with you. Her work is inspiring, creative, and thoughtful all at the same time.
nice thought, but I would have to book my session in Michegan then.... maybe the next time I visit jacob's!
I just figured out she lives in the Detroit area...had to google her area code. But, hey, road trip! Think about finding someone locally whose work you like who might be interested. I would contribute to this very worthy cause...
